Thank you for visiting MONA SHORTS and shopping with us! We are committed to shipping packages directly to your door, wherever possible! Orders within North America will be able to choose their preferred shipping method. Standard US Shipping usually takes between 2-4 business days to most major cities, however this time period may vary. Orders shipping to CANADA usually take between 4-7 business days depending on border delays. During peak and holiday periods, shipping timeframes may be subject to change. We provide tracking informationfor every order so you can anticipate arrival and to ensure your order reaches you safely and seamlessly.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and in some cases take 5+ business days to be made just for you. Orders are processed Monday to Friday except for Statutory holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. MONA SHORTS cannot be held responsible for courier delays and circumstances out of our control. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. MONA SHORTS is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
We are proud to use USPS, UPS, and Canada Post as our shipping providers. If you require any specific delivery instructions to accompany your order, please let us know in the notes section at checkout.

RETURNS
Helping you find the best fit possible is our priority. We provide you with as many details as possible regarding fabric, fit, and sizing to help you make the right style and size choice, and we are always happy to answer any questions you may have in the ordering process.
We are a small (but growing!) company so for the time being we do not offer Refunds on any products. That being said, it is important to us to that you love the fit and feel of your item(s). Size Exchanges can be arranged upon request within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Purchasers must request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be returned in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange is made. As we are a small business and cover most shipping costs, a Return/Re-Shipping fee may apply when a size exchange is requested depending on request and location. We promise to always keep shipping and fees as low as possible!
Because many of our pieces are created from small quantities of available and recycled fabrics, exchanges are dependent upon the availability of fabric at the time of request.
All SALE items are Final Sale - no exceptions.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
If you would like to exchange the size of your suit, please reach out to us through our CONTACT page with your name, order date, and the size / colour you received, as well as the size you wish to exchange for. From there will will provide you with Return Shipping information and further details. Please allow 1-2 Business days for us to process and respond to your request. We are a small team and appreciate your patience and understanding.
